As a High Sticky Crew customer, you are prohibited from distributing High Sticky Crew products to countries where possession and/or trafficking is illegal.

Paying by credit or debit card results in an authorization request, an automatic request to cancel the transaction. All transaction refusals, regardless of the cause, result in the cancellation of the purchase order.
The banking transaction by credit or debit card, carried out between the customer and the seller's site, is secure and therefore fully encrypted and protected.
Article 10. Delivery of the purchase order
10.1. Shipping method
The shipping method is chosen by the customer when confirming the order.
10.2. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for specifying and confirming the delivery address. The customer is responsible for shipping errors due to lack of necessary information when placing an order.
10.3. Cost of shipping

10.4. Inspection of the order upon delivery

The customer must ensure that the products delivered correspond to the order. In the event of a defect in the nature or quality of the product compared to the specifications mentioned in the delivery note, the customer must inform High Sticky Crew customer service by e-mail at highstickycrew@gmail.com and send the product(s) to the address indicated in the conditions of article 11 below.
Article 11. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current Swiss law, the customer has a period of 10 working days, including the day of receipt of the package, to exercise his legal right of withdrawal.
The customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must return the items within the aforementioned period in their original packaging, to the following address:

The refund will be made without delay, and no later than 30 days after receipt of the package by High Stick Crew.
Article 12. Data protection and rights
The information requested from the customer is necessary to process the order form, and in the event that the customer relays his personal information, he also has the right to access, rectify and delete this data.

Article 13. Intellectual property rights
High Sticky Crew, its figurative mark, its commercial mark and any other mark such as its illustrations, images or logos on its products, accessories or packaging, whether or not withdrawn, are and are the exclusive property of High Sticky Crew, its affiliates, partners or licensed manufacturers.
Any reproduction, modification or total or partial use of its brands, illustrations, images and logos, whatever the means or method used, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of High Sticky Crew.
In total, the customer is prohibited from directly or indirectly infringing the property rights of High Sticky Crew.
Article 14. Force majeure
The Seller's current contractual obligations may be suspended in the event of unforeseen circumstances or in the event of force majeure preventing or delaying the performance of these obligations. The seller will thus inform the customer of the occurrence of such an unforeseen circumstance or a case of force majeure within fifteen days from the occurrence of the date of the event.
If the suspension of the seller's contractual obligations exceeds the period of 15 days, the customer may cancel the current purchase order and the seller will reimburse the purchase order as indicated in the conditions of article 11.< /p>
Article 15. Non-waiver
The failure of one of the Parties demanding commitment to any of the obligations mentioned herein will be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
Article 16. Contract invalidity clause
If one of the provisions of this contract has been withdrawn, this nullity will not result in the nullity of the other provisions of the contract, which will continue to be applied between the parties.
