From 1988 to 2015, the Cannabis Cups truly represented the elite of cannabis, with world-renowned winners and real competition (without paying the judge or any other charade). But since High Times started selling to Dutch players, from 2015 to 2023, the quality has dropped and the winners were not necessarily the best...
